What internal shifts have you experienced during your time here?
I have hope where there wasn't, I look forward to waking up in the morning which has always been difficult, I look forward to going to bed at night, getting good night's sleep and I look forward to forming new relationships.
What specific areas of your life are you most excited to see change in?
While I'm most excited about to my creative expression and how I connect with people.
Why would you recommend 40 Years of Zen to others?
I would recommend 40 Years of Zen because life is hard. You really don't know how far you've gotten away from yourself.
What is the core value of returning to one's roots through this process?
If you think about who you were as a child and you think about who you are now, if who you are now is helpful that's great you could always expand on. If you've gone too far you can always return.
