I know it's the name Virtual Rockstar. but my 2 VAs are truly rockstar team members, and I am so thankful to have them every day. Hi, I'm Heather Aydelotte, I am from Dover, Delaware. I own Beyond Speech Therapy, and we are an outpatient pediatric therapy clinic providing occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, mental health, and early education services in our Before working with Virtual Rockstar, I actually had worked with a couple virtual assistant companies before, and it hadn't necessarily worked out. So we were not using a virtual assistant at the time of meeting with Virtual Rockstar for the first time. And my admin staff was just feeling overwhelmed, lots of work, and having a difficult time trying to find the balance between the amount of in-person staff and the workload. Our experience with Virtual Rockstar has been amazing from the beginning through now. I started looking for a virtual assistant to help with billing, and going through the interview process was That is with Virtual Rockstar, which is very other agencies don't do it that way. So we brought on our first VA and he is amazing. He's been amazing from day 1. When you think about adding a virtual assistant, it's hard to think of how do we incorporate them into our team?
