Going into that first meeting, I really liked Virtual Rockstar's commitment to finding the VA that fits your position versus just presenting you with VAs that they have available. So they actually go out and kind of recruit for your specific position. And I think that's what made it so that I got really great candidates, and the process has been amazing. So if you are sitting on the fence, my recommendation would be to give it a try. At least meet with Virtual Rockstar and go through that interview process to see if you find someone that you feel is the best fit for your company. actually have recommended people do this because I've recommended Virtual Rockstar to a couple of my friends, and one was very much on the fence, and I said, "Just go through the process and see." And once she went through the process, she was very happy and they did move forward with hiring VA.
