Can you introduce yourself and your business?
Hi. My name is Samantha Skyring. My beautiful product is Oryx Desert Salt, and I live in Cape Town on the very tip of Africa, the southern tip of Africa.
Why did you decide to attend the Business of Biohacking event?
I came to the biohacking event because I deeply respect Dave, what he's achieved, and the incredible connections, network, friendships, and wise mentors that he has in his circle, that were going to come here and offer all of their genius to us.
What has your experience been like over the last few days?
It's been an incredible couple of days of huge amount of information. I've got lots of notes, videos, photographs, to slowly distill, and I think one of the gems is definitely... I'm going to book a couple of days from home in a cottage somewhere out of town, and I'm going to read, and I'm going to go through Amanda and Tony's notes, and I'm going to go through Jay Abrahams', like, his manual that he's given us.
What specific business strategies have you been focusing on?
I have been focused on getting onto podcasts, webinars, and creating partnerships and joint ventures. I now have about 130 products in South Africa that use Oryx Desert Salt as an ingredient and focused on working with other entrepreneurs to leverage each other's networks, to support one another, to grow each other.

Jay's message today was so much about that, just leveraging, networking, partnerships, so it was a lovely feeling to feel like I'm on track, and yet I've got a lot more work to do.
