I've been friends with Sandra Lucas for quite a long time, and I respect her work ethic and what she does as a business person.
Can you introduce yourself and your current situation?
Hello. My name is Rob Ryan, and I currently live in Costa Rica. We moved out of the country, and she's the property manager for my rental.
How much of the workload does Sandra handle for you?
Sandra handles pretty much everything, and rarely does she ever get me involved in anything that goes on with the house. She's just handled everything. She'll just ask me a question or two - What do I want to do?
How would you describe the communication and responsiveness?
She's been very responsive, usually very quick, and been very happy with how it's gone so far.
How does this experience compare to managing other properties?
I don't have to think much about that property. I own another one in Florida, and I'm a lot more involved in that one, but Sandra takes care of all kinds of stuff.
What is the overall benefit of working with Inner Circle Property Management?
I'm very happy with her so far and what she represents. I really don't have to worry about much of anything. Sandra personally takes care of everything. So you can go hang on the beach, and know that it's gonna get taken care of.
