The interview

Who should consider joining this community?

If you are a practitioner and you really care about the impact that you're making. You want to scale that. You want to do a better job for your clients, for your patients, for your community. This is the place that you need to be.

What was your business situation before joining the mastermind?

Before the mastermind, I had big dreams and zero idea how to get there and so many insecurities. I would look at these super successful health professionals and entrepreneurs, and all I would feel is less than insecure. Total impostor syndrome. Yet this fire in my belly that I wanted it so badly, and no matter what I was doing, I was not getting there.

What specific growth have you seen in your practitioner network?

When we first joined the mastermind, we have now certified 1200 practitioners in 24 countries around the world on the mission to ten x that, and now well equipped and well poised to do so.

How has your revenue changed since joining?

Unlike where we were before, at the time, the company was grossing $200,000-$300,000, most of which we were barely paying ourselves. We passed the million dollar threshold two years ago. We're well on track for 2024 to be the year where we cross the 2 million threshold.

How do you view the cost of the program versus the value received?

I every year take a minute to really think about how am I going to invest my dollars in my own personal growth and the business growth. It's not a small investment, so I don't take it lightly. And every year I have the same conversation with myself of the return that I get on this, the relationships that I have, the mentors, the friends, the collaborators.

What has been the most significant personal impact of the group?

If I look at the people who've had the most impact on me, both personally and professionally, almost all of them have come from this group or an intro from somebody in this group, and I don't know that you can put a dollar value on that.
