The interview

Can you introduce yourself and describe your health background before the program?

I'm Michelle Winterfield from Grosse Pointe, Michigan. I always considered myself a very healthy person; both my husband and I were college athletes who worked out all the time. However, we were struggling with infertility and some broader gut issues.

What drew you to Reimagined Health and their specific approach?

I had seen their content, joined the email list, and attended a masterclass. I loved their root cause approach. A lot of health has turned into 'throw medicine at it to fix it,' and I was curious as to why this was happening to us and what a permanent fix would be. I loved that they focused on the whole body to help you get the outcome you want.

Did you have any hesitations or objections before joining?

I did go back and forth on whether the cost was worth it. We were a bit earlier in our journey than some others, so I wondered if we should just wait a few more months. But I'm impatient, and I felt like if it hadn't happened in the first five months, it wasn't going to happen until we fixed some things.

What specific results did you achieve after finishing the program?

Well, I am pregnant, so it's fantastic. That's what I wanted out of this and we got pregnant three months after finishing the program, which is really exciting. I also learned so much about nutrition, like making great meals without dairy, gluten, or refined sugar, and reducing packaged products.

How did the program help you manage the stress of your career?

I've worked stressful jobs my whole life in Wall Street finance and now as a tech company founder. That comes with years of chronic stress. Through the program, I worked with coaches and started a twice-daily meditation practice, which has been revolutionary for me and really helped in actually getting pregnant.

What was the community experience like during the program?

It's wild to see all the women you come into the program with on a similar timeline. I was always blown away when I'd get on a call and hear 'so and so is pregnant.' Seeing women who had so much to work through succeed gave me a lot of hope. The pure proof that it's working for people is reason enough to give it a shot.

Frequently asked

Is the cost of the Reimagined Health program worth it compared to IVF?

Michelle Winterfield initially questioned if the cost was worth it since she was early in her journey, but concluded the knowledge gained regarding nutrition and longevity was worth far above the program's price, noting it was not more expensive than typical IVF or IUI treatments.

After we finished the program, it's just really helped us out to feel good. It almost feels like a superpower that we've unlocked that, like, we can eat very healthy and it tastes amazing. I don't think that lot of people understand that. Michelle Winterfield and I'm from Grosse Pointe, Michigan. So, I actually always considered myself, like, a very healthy person. Both my husband and I were college athletes. We worked out all the time. We felt we ate healthy enough but obviously we're struggling with infertility and I would say, like, some broader gut issues and whatnot. So, I had seen some content from them and then I'd gotten on the email list and I think I joined one of their master classes. And I loved their root cause approach. I think a lot of health has turned into "throw medicine at it to fix it" and I was really curious as to, like, "but why is this happening to us? And like, "what's a permanent fix for it?" And so I loved that they focused on the whole body and finding out, like, fine-tuning things to help you get to an answer as to, you know, how you can get the outcome you want. I think.. I did go back and forth on, like, is the cost of it worth it? Not that it's more expensive than, like, a typical IVF or IUI treatment but we were a bit earlier in our journey when we came across the program than I think some others are, so it was a bit more like, do we just need to wait a few more months or is it worth figuring it out right now? and I'm an impatient person and I was like, I feel like if it hasn't happened in these first five months it's not going to happen until we fix some things. So I really wanted to get in there and just start learning - not even just about fertility but, like, whole body health and see if there were takeaways that we would utilize above and beyond our fertility journey. Well, I am pregnant so it's fantastic. That's what I wanted out of this and we got pregnant three months after finishing the program, which is really exciting. So, love that. And I would say also, I learned so much about nutrition and like I said, we were healthy before but learning that I could make really, really great meals that didn't have dairy, didn't have gluten, didn't have any refined sugar and just, like, being very maniacal about the products I'm buying and reducing, basically, anything bought packaged from a store that's not like fruits and vegetables or protein. So, that just really opened my eyes and is honestly something we'll always keep with us now. I've worked really stressful jobs my whole life. Like, wall street jobs, finance. I'm the founder of a tech company now. And that comes with like years of chronic stress that I've never dealt with. So, through this program I am working with some of the other coaches. I got into a twice daily meditation practice and I think that's just been, like, revolutionary for me and really helped in actually getting pregnant. I feel great. We only want two kids, so we're hoping that we can have this one and then another one shortly thereafter. I feel confident that we know all the steps to take now, how to prepare our bodies. I don't think we'll get too far, like, off the road, if that makes sense. Like, we just kind of want to stay on this path and continue to grow our family. It's so wild to see, like, all the women you come into the program with that Like, you're kind of on a similar timeline too. Maybe they've been there a little bit before you or join after you but I was always blown away when I'd get on a call and it's like "so and so is pregnant, so and so is pregnant." And I'd seen their charts and I was like, 'Oh my God. Like, they had so much to work through and it happened for them.' Like, it gives you a lot of hope. So, I think just like the pure proof of that it's working for people is, like reason enough to give it a shot. And then like, far and beyond fertility, what you'll learn about nutrition and the mind and just taking care of your body. I think is such an important aspect of your longevity. hat knowledge alone is worth far above what the cost of the program is.
