Dr. Tyler Panzner of Holistic Genetic Health Solutions used Share One to automate the manual outreach and follow-up required for client testimonials. By capturing unscripted, humanized video stories, he built a bank of content that allows prospects to see themselves in past success stories, directly increasing engagement on landing pages and during email nurturing sequences.

“I was kind of surprised to see how people were responding so positively... they see themselves in people that I've helped in the past.”
“Trying to do that manually and that outreach and following up... things can fall through the cracks.”
“I've seen some of these that are three, four or five minutes long... talking about me as a person, as a practitioner and what working with me was like as another human being.”
The interview
Who are you and what do you do?
I'm Dr. Tyler Panzner, CEO of Holistic Genetic Health Solutions, based in Long Island, New York, but I work 100% virtually online with people all over the world.
Why did you decide to work with Share One?
I really wanted to work with Share One because I wanted to streamline the process of gathering quality testimonials from my clients. Trying to do that manually with outreach and following up—people can get busy, life can get busy and things can fall through the cracks. I wanted a set system to make the process easier logistically and to know the right types of things to ask.
How are you utilizing these testimonial videos in your marketing?
I'm using these testimonial videos on my landing page or my sales pages and also in email nurturing sequences. Once people decide they want to book a call to learn more about my work, they see some testimonials on the front end, but then they are also reminded of how this work has helped people to have these potentially life-changing benefits fresh in their head as they're showing up on this call.
What main changes have you noticed since using Share One?
The main change that I noticed was simply people saying a lot more often, 'Yeah, I checked out all of your testimonials.' Having a good bank or pool of these testimonials for people to be able to browse means people are going to watch those. I also have people say, 'I saw some testimonials and it reminded me of myself.'
What surprised you most about the videos produced by Share One?
One of the things that surprised me most is how much content there really can be. In the past, I would do testimonials that are maybe a minute long. I've seen some of these that are three, four, or five minutes long. For people that are really looking for deep healing, having these more extended things where they talk about me as a person and a practitioner is very valuable.
Would you recommend Share One to other entrepreneurs?
If you're a busy entrepreneur, you have a smaller company and you're looking to get these quality testimonials that really let you shine as the individual and stories that do not sound scripted that sound completely genuine, I would highly recommend Share One. Their outreach process from start to finish has been great.
Frequently asked
How do I get clients to provide testimonials without manual follow-up?
Dr. Tyler Panzner used Share One to streamline the outreach and follow-up process, which previously felt like a logistical burden where things could 'fall through the cracks.' The platform provides a set system to handle the outreach and asks the right questions to extract the best stories.
Are short or long video testimonials better for high-ticket services?
While Dr. Panzner previously used one-minute videos, he found that Share One's longer 3-5 minute videos were highly effective for people seeking 'deep healing.' These extended videos allow clients to discuss the practitioner as a human being, building deeper trust.
How can video testimonials improve an email nurturing sequence?
Dr. Panzner integrates Share One videos into his email sequences so that after someone books a call, they are reminded of the 'life-changing benefits' others have experienced. This keeps the potential results fresh in their head before they show up for the consultation.
