Consistent Commercial Cleaning and Proactive Service for Cope Plastics Goodyear

Speaker 0: At minimum, have a different company reach out wanting to do business with us. And being quite honest, at times they're less expensive than what we're currently paying. But you know what comes with saving a dollar 2 here and there? Questionable service. And so I can tell anyone that if they're looking for a reliable company that is gonna come in and do not only everything that you're expecting them to do, but continually their service will always be above what your expectations are, and Nagal is a company to choose for that purpose. My name is Travis Gooden. I live in Goodyear, Arizona, and I'm branch manager for Cope Plastics. When I joined Cope about five years ago, the service was already a part of the branch, but I must say I've been completely happy with the service ever since I've joined Co Plastics. Always here on time, according to schedule. I don't have to go back and check and wonder why they didn't clean this or check that or whatever. They do a great job week after week. I'm completely happy with the service. What I like about it is almost as if I have a personal relationship with them, the consistent cleaning and just outstanding work that they do has always been there for us. Once a quarter, I get a call from one of the representatives there and they check simply to see, hey, how are you doing? How are you feeling? Are we giving you great service? Is there anything you'd like to see us improve upon? You know, some companies just, they earn a customer and then they kinda like slowly but surely just drift away. They're consistently always here. What's really great on occasion if we have a situation where there's a holiday, I don't have to go through corporate office. I can just talk directly with the lady that's doing the cleaning and say, hey. We're gonna be closed next Monday, Tuesday, whatever. Could you maybe move it over to Wednesday, Thursday? And she's always very, very easy to communicate with and more than willing to work with our schedule. So it's just been a great opportunity for us. Well, honestly, working with Anago Opheenis, I don't even worry. I don't look on my calendar and realize it's every Tuesday around seven, every Tuesday, every week on time, and the amount of time it typically takes for them to do them, you could almost just set your watch because it's gonna be that consistent each week. We had a rainstorm, which, you know, you don't get a lot of rain in Arizona, but when you do, unfortunately, there's usually some dust and dirt that kinda associated with that. And with that wind and dust blowing in, the front window glasses were kinda dirty or whatever. I didn't ask the young lady, could you clean that? She just automatically did it. She just takes it upon herself. If she sees something or if she notices we're getting loan trash bags, she lets us know. So I don't have to worry about whether or not the billing is going to be taken care of properly and maintained. She does a fantastic job week after week. I highly recommend them and that is very easy for me to say because again, I've been billing or doing business, what is a better way to put it, for about five years And that is one thing that I never have to go back and check and wonder. It is always consistently done very well.
