Responsive Maintenance and Resource Support for Loyal Tenants in Cedar City

Arin Davis (00:00) I would recommend Netgain to future and I have recommended people because Shawna and Derek really get to know somebody so when you submit your application you can go in there and talk to them. were super understanding and supportive, and that's what really touched me, and has made me such a loyal tenant. Like, I probably won't go anywhere else. As far as, like, renting goes, I because I love it here. My name is Arin Hoagland, and I live in Cedar City, Utah. My own experience with living in a property that's managed by Netgain has awesome. They're really good at getting in contact with me. Anytime I have a problem, they've always come and fixed it. AC was out three different times last summer, and they were super good at getting somebody in here. They got my whole AC replaced, and that was really nice. Shawna and Derek are just super friendly, very personable. They got to know me. They've just been super helpful, too. Shawna is so awesome at finding resources - especially for single mothers. Whenever hardships happened - like, maybe I was short on rent or, like, I needed some extra help with my power bill or whatever. She was always there to, like, offer me those different resources. So she was just super awesome. I love Shawna. So my experience with Netgain Property Management as far as communications and maintenance goes has been great. They are super responsive in getting back to me if I ever have a problem. is awesome. Anytime that I ever need, like, renewing my lease, any changes to my rent, and I really appreciate that because it helps me remember things things too that I might forget. you know. stood out to me was, my lease was up at my other property that I had rented from and so, I reached out to Shawna and I was like, "Hey, if you guys hear of any properties that have come available?" I've been paying my rent on time, like, I'm a good tenant." Shawna was like, "Hey, I found this property, just apply for it." They're fantastic! And I love renting from them.
